What is Memorial Day?
In Chinese 什么是阵亡将士纪念日（Memorial Day）？
Official answer
- A holiday to honor soldiers who died in military service纪念在服兵役期间牺牲的军人的节日
Why this is the answer
Memorial Day is a national holiday on the last Monday in May. It honors the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. People visit cemeteries and memorials, place flags or flowers on graves, and hold ceremonies. Do not confuse it with Veterans Day, which honors everyone who has served, living or dead.
