In Chinese 自治的理念体现在宪法开头的三个词中。这三个词是什么？
Official answer
- We the People我们人民（We the People）
Why this is the answer
The Constitution begins with the Preamble, whose first three words are We the People. These words show that the power of government comes from the people themselves, not from a king. That is the idea of self-government: citizens rule themselves through the government they create and elect.
