Why this is the answer
The Vice President is elected together with the president for a four-year term, is first in line to become president, and also serves as President of the Senate. Because the officeholder changes over time, the correct answer is whoever holds the office on the day of your interview. Check uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates before your interview for the current name.
